Though iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have just been released a few months ago and Apple users are still enjoying their new grabs, successor of the said devices is about to come this year.
It's key specifications will likely include a 2 GB of RAM, a 14 MP rear-facing camera and an amazing selfie front cam of 4 MP.
Know Your Mobile stated that the news wasn't surprising since the giant company has been known for releasing one or two smartphones each year. Once the device hits the stores, Apple is expected to break their previous sales, just like what happened to iPhone 5s when iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus hit the market in 2014.
In a post by DigiTimes, the publication cited that Apple will release another 50 million iPhones to culminate the current quarter. The said figure was confirmed vy Taiwan makers, after the tech company reportedly shipped 74.5 million iPhone in the fourth quarter of 2014. Thus, Apple earne 51.2% revenues of US$74.6 billion.
From an unnamed source DigiTimes reported that almost 44 million iPhones were sold worldwide in the same quarter in 2014. As such, the giant tech company gained a 14.4% increase of sales.
Despite the fact that iPhones are sold at $600 in the market, higher than the other mid-range brands, analysts believed that Apple still gets more profits in each device launched. This only proves that the company still holds a bigger range in the smartphone industry
