A photo of Kendall has surfaced showing her topless and sporting significantly bigger breasts, sparking rumors that the model has had chest surgery.
Love Magazine fashion director Panos Yiapanis shared online a photo of Kendall topless for the magazine, and her chest has been the center of attention. However, Kendall's photo might not be sporting her authentic chest, as Too Fab mentions Yiapanis' Instagram feed filled with similar photos. "It looks like there's a whole fashion spread in the new issue having to do with 'Boobs and Butts'... and it appears the models have all been either digitally altered via Photoshop or sported prosthetics on set," the article clarified.
To pass Instagram's policy against nude photos, Kendall has "two strategically placed back dots over where Jenner's nipples would be."
Kendall would not be the first of her sisters to pose for the magazine, as Kim Kardashian is shown in a full frontal and with her behind on display while bending over. Photographer Steven Klein showed Kim's photo on Instagram wearing a Prada jacket.
Moreover, Kylie Jenner has also made an appearance on the magazine. Kylie, who was not naked, sported "a blonde wig and her biggest lips yet," making her "almost unrecognizable."
Kylie herself has been rumored to have her own surgery, but the younger Jenner cleared the issue in her Cosmopolitan spread, says Inquisitr. "I'm not against surgery. I'd never say no, but I don't desire it right now," Kendall's younger sister states.
Previously, Kendall has also appeared in an almost-topless photo for Interview magazine.
While Kendall may not have had chest surgery yet, the model has also been rumored having a nose lift. Celebrity Nose Jobs reports Kendall leaving a surgeon's office after what was apparently a nose adjustment procedure.
"The 18-year old reality Television star stepped out of her doctor's office with a slimmer and more defined nose," reports the article. Kendall apparently went to the same doctor who worked on Kim's nose enhancement.
