The tables are turned when perennial rescuers G. Callen and Sam Hannah find that this time, it is they who are in need of rescue, in the latest, action-packed episode of NCIS Los Angeles.
Episode 15 of Season 6, entitled Forest for the Trees, will find the two agents springing a trap set by extremists. This takes place while our heroes follow up on a tip about a missing National Security Agency (NSA) operative. However, for their troubles, the duo instead find themselves getting snatched by a band of terrorists!
Meanwhile, back at the "boatshed" headquarters, team leader Henrieta "Hetty" Lang and the rest of the special projects team will eventually come to the realization that their two most senior field agents have gone missing, and have possible been kidnapped. Will it be Kensay and Deeks to the rescue this time around?
You don't need some well-placed production insider to tell you that this promises to be yet again another gunshot riddled, firestorm of an episode. The only questions that need to be asked now are: How many shots fired? And how many dead bad guys?
Photos circulating around the Internet, presumably released by the producers, show G. and Sam wandering about the woods with an unidentified man. This may suggest that the power twosome have made good an escape from their captors, and freed the missing NSA operative in the process. It is no stretch of the imagination to assume that they have terrorists hot on their heels!
Do you need one more reason to tune-in to NCIS LA this Monday night at 9PM, central time, on CBS? A 19-second promotional clip on You Tube has Hetty uttering, "There is an ISIS cell in Los Angeles!" Yes, it looks like our team will be going head to head against the ultimate bad guys of the 21st century! Will they keep "their heads?"
