Samsung Galaxy S6 is upcoming for release and dubbed as one of the company's flagship smartphone, yet, many are more interested with the Galaxy Note 5 though it's still months away from its release date.
According to International Business Times, this new Samsung phone will be release around September. It is also reported that this new model will likely to follow its predecessors as the Galaxy Note 4 has completed its one-year in the market.
The same site also detailed that Galaxy Note 5 contained more improvements with the features with its system powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and packed with at least 8GB RAM. There are also reports saying that this will be powered by Exynos 7420 SoC contrasting the previous with Qualcomm chips. So, the phone can really handle heavy and multi-tasking capabilities.
Apart from its better phone memory, the phone also features more HD quality display. Trusted Reviews cited that Galaxy Note 5 displays around 3840 x 2160 pixel Ultra HD, 4K display. It even went higher than the reported S6 with its size bumps. Thus, from the trend of having a 5-inch note, this goes higher as 6 inches rivalling Nexus 6.
As announced to have this released by September this year, during the same month, its rival iPhone 6 Plus will also launch. Berlin-based IFA conference, the launch platform for all Samsung Note handsets, suggested people to expect the release by September as traditioned. They also set schedules for the IFA conference this September 4 and 9. With these schedules, people could expect that Samsung Note 4 will be given much more attention since by September 2, Note 5 is expected to be unveiled. If the said schedule will be pursued, the gadget lovers could expect that around early October, they can get Note 5 in stores.
In addition to this plan, there were rumors about the mass production of the first phone-bound 4K displays by August. They said that this mass production was intentional to ramp out the former quickly to make it possible for Note 5 to release in retailers by October. This supports the fact that Samsung wanted to announce that people can have their own Note 5 by the said month.
Another rumor said that the phone will have a 5.9-inch form-factor with an eye-wateringly delicious screen which is said to display 746-pixels-per-inch image density.
With the last year's Samsung sales, which are disappointing for the S5 maker, they are making sure that this year, they have already outlined their possible sale target. A Samsung spokesperson said, "We will strive our product competitiveness by reinforcing our premium brand reputation, powerful brand line-up, and cutting-edge technology."
Part of its improvement is the metal frame which encloses the whole phone. But, it was disagreed to wrap the whole phone with metal since it would create inconvenience from users if they wish to change batteries.
Samsung designers said, "One thing that designers did not want to do was to use metal and give out the sense that the device is too hard and cold."
