The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is currently on her third trimester of pregnancy. After giving birth to Prince George she now knows her ways to make this second pregnancy easier than the first.
Middleton's engagement-heavy schedule is definitely very difficult for any six-months pregnant mother like her. Careful planning, scheduled rests, choice of maternity clothes; these are some of the tricks up her sleeve that has proven to be very effective for her in carrying out her everyday tasks as a member of the royal family, Hellomagazine reports.
During her three-day tour in New York City, Kate Middleton opted not to include herself in some of the engagements as part of her careful plans not to exhaust her pregnant self too much. She decided not to join her husband, Prince William, when he had his meeting with US President Obama and when he visited the Empire State Building.
When they returned to Great Britain, she attended three engagements in a single day. All three events however were carefully planned to be near her home in Kensington Palace. This method of keeping all events together was used by The Countess of Essex, Sophie, and Middleton most probably learned it from her.
Meticulously scheduling time-outs is another trick used by the Duchess. A two-week vacation last Christmas with her parents, another break when she went to the Caribbean to celebrate her mother's birthday, and her most recent Mustique holiday are some of the time-outs that Middleton has executed well for her second pregnancy.
When it comes to choosing the clothes for her to wear, Kate Middleton now has chosen a wardrobe method. She walked away from those short and fitted maternity clothes that she used to wear when she was still pregnant with her first child, Prince George. She also had a lot of help from the people that surround her. From the housekeeper at Kensington Palace, her private secretary, and up to the nanny all supported her. Her mother, Carole Middleton, also helps her by taking in Prince George when the need arises. The person who is always there to support her is none other than her husband, Prince William, who kept his promise to always be there for her and the family that they are building.
