What you see is not necessarily what you get. This seems to be the trick that Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are playing amidst speculations that they're in a serious relationship. Reportedly, both celebrities are denying that they're more than friends and it's all because of Selena Gomez. Does Justin want to look free from any commitments to win back his ex girlfriend?
Early part of this year when Bieber and Baldwin's coupling became an item. Baldwin seen as constant companion of 'Baby' singer in his side trips and they looked happy together though according to Hollywood Life's report she's just a special buddy.
"He's not lying when he says she isn't his girlfriend because she's not - he isn't committed to Hailey at all," the HL's source said. "She's his bed buddy. He just treats her like one of his boys and she likes it."
Meanwhile, a Hollywood Life's source also shared the reasons behind Hailey's refusal to be tag as Justin's girlfriend and singer's hidden agenda in keeping his single status.
"It's for obvious reasons why they are denying it. Hailey doesn't want to fall in the same trap Selena [Gomez] did and be known just as 'Justin's Girlfriend', and Justin wants to make it look like he is still attainable," Hollywood Life's insider divulged. "Being considered single is a moneymaker for Justin and he is definitely looking to improve his image and appearing single is a part of that image re-haul."
A TMZ's story also certified Baldwin's friendship with Bieber and mentioned that the 18-year old niece of Alec Baldwin is positive and drama free for the singer. It also added that Baldwin is not the only female girl in Bieber's circle, but also reality star Kendall Jenner.
"As we reported, Bieber has been changing things up ... he hasn't been in trouble for months, he's not hanging with his old crowd and he's spending a lot of time on self-improvement.
Our Bieber sources say J.B. likes hanging with Hailey and Kendall because they're relatively drama free and positive. They go to church, restaurants, concerts and clubs, but it's not romantic.
