Aaron Hernandez Trial Case Latest Updates: Juror Removed from the Case? Court Room Sizzles as Fiancee Shayanna Jenkins Appears

The court room proceedings of the Aaron Hernandez Murder trial gets even more interesting as the former NFL star's fiancé appeared on court and sat less than 10 feet away from him. The crowd was very intent in interpreting the body movements and actions the two had exchanged during the trial. According to FoxSports.com, Hernandez and Jenkins made eye contact thrice and Hernandez appeared to be mouthing greetings to her.

It just a day since the judges granted Jenkins the immunity from being prosecuted - making her an instant witness for the case. Aaron fiancé was suspected to be an accomplice in the murder of Odin Lloyd by helping Aaron dissed the gun that was used in the murder. Tension builds in as the crowd speculates whether the two's relationship are still intact or will Jenkins make her move against Hernandez by testifying against his favor.

On the meanwhile, another Juror was removed from the prosecution. Last February 3, a Juror has already been dismissed from the case after evidences surfaced that the juror had reviewed and discussed the case in previous years. Now there are only 16 left in the jury and 12 of them will decide on the faith of Aaron Hernandez.

And just like a twisted television drama, Shayanna's sister, Shaneah happens to be dating Odin Lloyd, the man Hernandez stands accused of killing. Lloyd's body was discovered lifeless less than a mile away from the Hernandes's North Attleborough Mass house. Now that the court has granted Jenkins the immunity, she loses her right to invoke the Fifth Amendment and must answer all questions when she testifies. Failing to do so will lead her behind bars and by the looks of it, Hernandez is quite worried on whether his fiancé will turn her back against him.

The murder weapon, a .45-caliber Glock pistol is still missing and is believed to be disposed by Jenkins right after the murder of Odin. Law-enforcement officials have alleged that Jenkins snuck the gun out of the house and drove it away to dispose it while Hernandez was removing the dead body of Lloyd from the crime scene.

The Jenkins's sisters, on the other hand seems to be scarred by the incident. In a recent cross-examination for Shaneah, she only acknowledged her sister's presence when asked by the judge to identify her in the gallery.
