AirAsia Flight 8501 Latest Updates: Deafening Alarms Recorded before Crash; Search Operations Comes to an End

December is the time for holidays. People would take long vacations or would spend more time with their families. However, for the families of the victims from AirAsia Flight 8501, their holidays became a tragedy.

On 28 December last year, the plane crashed and no one survived.

What are the updates about this incident?

According to one source, the co-pilot's body might have been found and it is still buckled to his seat. However, they will have to reconfirm if it was indeed the co-pilot's or the pilot's body. Previous reports stated that it was the co-pilot who was controlling the plane when it met its unfortunate fate. The pilot tried to recover but was too late.

The investigators mentioned that based from what they have gathered, the computer in the plane did not work properly and that the pilot manually disconnected the device from the circuit breaker. If he chose to reset the device, most probably there will be a different ending to this story. The circuit breaker was placed behind the seat of the co-pilot which means that one has to leave his seat in order to disable or disconnect the device.

Before the plane crashed to the sea, deafening alarms were triggered. This was shared by the investigator in a report. The pilot and his co-pilot were trying to pull through. Their voices were not heard because of the loud sound made by the alarms.

In the meantime, the search operations will stop as reported. However, if there will be signs of the AirAsia Flight 8501, then the operations will resume. The efforts of the team are very much evident. In a period of a month, they were able to recover and discover a lot.

Everyone hopes that all the bodies from AirAsia Flight 8501 will be recovered. That is the least the airlines could do for the families of the victims.
