There is definitely no turning back for Rick's group in "The Walking Dead". In the last episode aired Sunday, February 15, viewers of the show saw how the group is trying to move on and continue their journey despite of the hurdles and challenges ahead. Several new characters and a possible positive turn of events are bound to happen in Episode 11 of "The Walking Dead" entitled 'The Distance.
Maggie and Sasha found comfort in each other while trying to get over the deaths of loved ones Beth, Tyreese and Bob. All things seem to be turning well, when suddenly a stranger appeared from now where. Both girls were surprised to discover that the stranger, Aaron knows Rick and knows that they are part of a group travelling together.
Rick and the rest of the group are done with trusting strangers and the thought of another Terminus causes the group to panic and prepare for a possible attack from unknown enemies. It is rather quite confusing to see the spoilers of the series after Episode 10 was aired. Flashes of smoke, the rest of the gang carrying out guns and feeling threatened makes viewers wonder is Aaron is indeed the person we thought he was, the savior that will bring them to the "Safe Zone." If he's the bright light they have all been waiting for, why are they all in battle mode?
Another new character is about to be shown in the series this year. 'American Horror Story' alumni, Alexandra Breckenridge is also reportedly being casted in the show. Her character will be that of Samantha but her role in the story remains a secret.
Maggie, Daryl and Sasha continue to despair over the death of their loved ones. Maggie even shares her thoughts of hopelessness to Glenn and the feeling that of wanting to stop. Glenn of course will do anything he can to keep Maggie sane and alive. Daryl is again back to his old self. Keeping his distance and trying to remove his emotions. When will he ever be back to his old new self?
Sasha, on the other hand is really at the edge and by the looks of her, she's about to break down and really lose it. Is another death about to happen? After all, actress Sonequa Martin-Green is pregnant in real life, so she'll be probably missing a lot of production time when the baby comes. Is she bound to die or is she just going to be separated from the group just like what happened to Carol in the earlier seasons of the show?
"The Walking Dead" airs every Sunday night on AMC.
