The CW Network's suspense TV series Beauty and the Beast was recently renewed for a fourth season. Fans of the Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vince (Jay Ryan) will be pleased to know that the pair will finally be getting together in the show's third season. However, this does not mean that their relationship won't tested by dangers that threaten to tear them apart.
According to the show's synopsis, Vince and Cat will find their new relationship to be especially challenging as new threats arise. This will ultimately test the heights of their relationship. A new conspiracy threatens innocents and Vincent can only do battle against this threat by turning into his beastly form. This would ultimately put a strain on Vince's relationship with Cat.
"But unleashing the beast will risk Vincent's life -- along with his and Cat's love -- as they struggle to build a normal life together," the synopsis teases.
Vince and Cat will ultimately struggle to keep their love alive as they both battle to save the lives of the innocents. Cat is going to have to wait quite a long time before she will be getting her 'happily ever after' with Vince.
Kristin Kreuk was recently interviewed and teased some details for the upcoming season.
"Yeah, you'll see Catherine and Vincent working together, trying to figure stuff out. And we might even see more of Catherine's family history that's revealed. All of that, I think, will be more in line with what the fans gravitate toward. [As for Season 3] we don't know yet because it's still early, but what I think [exec producer] Brad [Kern] will want to do more of that in the 13 episodes that we do next season." Kreuk said.
"Beauty and the Beast" Season 3 will premiere May 21, just before Season 4 starts filming in June, co-executive producer Stuart Gillard teased.
