Zayn Malik Leaves One Direction: Member Left Mid-way to the Concert

By

In a recently held concert tour of the famous English boy band, One Direction in Perth, Australia, the crowd wondered the apparent act of one of its members, Zayn Malik.

The Bradford-born singer left the stage, leaving his bandmates to cover his solo sections for some songs during the concert. Zayn tried to at least make it up for about 17 songs, but left afterwards, leaving the spectators wondering, as well, as worried, as to what has happned. Then, bandmate, Niall Horan made the announcement that Zayn wasn't feeling well, so he have to leave the concert abruptly.

A spokesperson for the band reportedly told that: "Zayn was taken ill during the show but it's nothing serious. He wasn't feeling that great beforehand but he tried to get through the performance as well as he could."

The band's next stop for their recently kicked off concert tour is in Japan on February 24. The concert is part of the band's latest concert tour, On the Road Again for their album, Four, which was released on 17 November 2014.

The band will have stop-offs in Africa, Dubai, and UK in June as part of their concert tour.

Apparently, this is not the first time Zayn felt ill and missed a band's concert, making his fans wish well for his recovery. He also got sick and missed the band's Orlando concert last fall.

This made NBC host Matt Lauer faced the wrath of the band's fans, when he asked about Zayn's absence and implied that substance abuse could be the cause.

Full support was what the band received from their fans. On Friday, a day after the concert, #GetWellSoonZayn hashtag trended in Twitter. While a lot of fans wondered what might happened in the concert, other showed their support and wished Zayn to be well.
