Episode 13, The Deer Hunter of "The Blacklist" will air on February 26 and will deal with a dangerous deer hunter on the run. Liz discovers that a series killer who treats his victims like prey is out on the loose and is endangering people's lives. She hunts the elusive "The Deer Hunter" while keeping her secret from her team.
Tom returns but not without an explosive revelation at tow. The DC Harbormaster was murdered and his name as one of the prime suspects comes firsts on the list. He is seriously being questioned for the killing as his dark past unravels to the authorities. His taskforce is also facing scrutiny from the authorities as they try to create a stronger link with Tom and the murder.
Cooper on the other hand is handling his disease with acceptance and even denies a promotion from work because of it. However, things may turn out better for him as an Attorney General managed to get him a clinical trial in Georgetown. Cooper sees light despite of his serious and complicated situation.
Meanwhile, Red gets back on tracking the safe that Alan Fitch mentioned before he died in the later episodes of the series. She managed to retrieve the safe together with Glen and saw a paper slip with a phone number in it. She takes the number and makes the call. She's about to come face to face with a mysterious stranger that could put her life at risk in the next episodes of the series.
