A late May or early June premiere for the series "Beauty and the Beast" is what fans are hoping for this year for the CW series. Rumors of the series being ended during its second season almost became a reality if not for the tremendous support of fans and followers of the series in social media. The series also managed to pick up in its ratings in the later episodes of the second season of the series prompting a return for this year.
Hitower Music, the group behind the wonderful music for the series, is very enthusiastic in sharing details about the developments and new things to look forward to in the coming season 3 via their Twitter account. Imagine how lucky these guys are for being able to see the series almost ahead of everyone else. The duo were also very keen in sharing how beautiful and how the wait is all worth it as the series is about to be released this coming summer.
Action and romance is still guaranteed for the series. Catherine will still be her old self, putting her life in danger just to be with Vincent. Vincent on the other hand may still have issues with his past, as well as his present life with Catherine but chooses to stay beside her not only to save her from possible enemies this coming season but most especially save her from herself.
Executive producer Brad Kern shared details on how they created a season 2 finale with hopes that a season 3 was on the way. "We designed the season finale, in a certain way, because we didn't know we were coming back, and we certainly knew we were on the bubble. Some people were convinced we were coming back. Some people were convinced we were going to be cancelled. We designed the season 2 finale to do two things: Reward the audience with an epic "series" finale - which we hope wouldn't be the case - and plant seeds that we could build off if there was a season 3."
With that in mind, fans can conclude that season 3 will definitely be revolving around couples Cat and Vincent. Some are even speculating that a prequel of the love story of the two, in different generations and centuries in time will be the center of the story for this coming season.
"Beauty and the Beast" returns on CW this summer of 2015.
