The newly engaged pop singer Lady Gaga inspired a lot of spectators during the Oscars 2015 Sunday. Gaga delivered a sensational 50th anniversary salvo to the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical ‘Sound of Music' which made the audience alive and swayed along with the pop singer.

Before the astonishing performance, Gaga said that it is a great pleasure to sing songs from a well-respected film that made a big change in the field of music and film. Other than Gaga's number included the Neil Patrick Harris's opening act, composition of Moving Pictures to Hollywood featuring Jack Black and Anna Kendrick. John Legend and Common also shows what they got in Oscars. In addition, original songs from the nominees (for best original song category) Tim McGraw and Rita Ora were played together with Jennifer Hudson and Glory.

In her Swan Lake-esque gown, Gaga sang the songs "My Favorite Things," "Climb Ev'ry Mountain," "The Hills are Alive" and "Edelweiss" in medley. After Gaga's amazing presentation, Julie Andrews approached the pop singer and thank her. "It really warmed my heart, it really did," Andrews said.

Earlier this month, the "Poker Face" singer along with Tony Bennett had their duet during the 57th Grammy Awards. On Valentines day, Gaga never performed any song but became the talk of the nation when they got engaged by her longtime boyfriend, Taylor Kinney. Allegedly, after the engagement, they proceed to a restaurant in New York to celebrate one of the greatest days in their lives.

Lady Gaga and Taylor's love story began when they met on the set for Gaga's shoot in her "You & I" music video in 2011. After that, they get to know each other and soon have successive dates. However, in May 2012, they broke up but it's just for a while since they brought the love back which is the result of today.
