The hottest game scoops on 'Tekken X Street Fighter' release date that would delight the hearts of game geeks is that Bandai Namco Games would be releasing the trailblazing 3D fighting game according to latest reports.
As reported, this highly anticipated crossover fantasy happening was first announced in July 2010 and is now confirmed by Bandai Namco to be under way as a 3D fighting game using Tekken's graphic engine.
In an interview with Polygon, director Katushiro Harada has announced that 'Tekken X Street Fighter' 3D fighting has 40 men team working on the project at this point, although, he can't say much more than that.
"It's very difficult to talk about...Obviously, I had originally planned to release it much earlier than we're currently looking at," Harada reportedly said. "People have been talking about the game for such a long time that they aren't going to be surprised if you just release it normally...I don't know if that's what we have planned, but we do plan to have some kind of surprise."
The director also mentioned in his interview that he is in fact working on a number of games and discovered later that one of those is 'Project Treasure.'
"Now that we're at the 20th anniversary of Tekken and I've been at the company roughly that number of years - and also, I don't think I've said this publicly before, but I recently had a child - that's kind of changed my perspective on things...I realize that there's not as much time left as you think when you're young, so I'm starting to think that I only have maybe another 20 years working here," Harada revealed.
He went on saying, "And in that time, how many more games do I have left in me to make?"
'Tekken X Street Fighter' release date is expected to hit the current gen consoles, Xbox One, PS4 in 3D sometime in the near future, or better yet in 2016? Stay tuned.
