New Windows 10 Technical Preview Screenshots Suggest New Features and Bug Fixes on the Operating System

By

New Windows 10 Technical Preview screenshots from builds 10014 and 10022 have been revealed recently. Apparently, the leaked screenshots show some improvements to the said operating system as the series of beta tests continue.

Russian tech-tinker known as WZor revealed some of the updates that took place since the build 9926. Most of the leaked changes are expected to come out within this week, but more fixes can still be made before its availability.

Small tweaks for the Start screen

The Start screen still looks pretty much the same, except that a minor tweak was applied to the full screen button that allows users to switch between the Start menu and the Start screen. Live tiles also look identical to the ones in build 9926. However, they now appear to be aligned to the left side of the screen. Rumors think that it is to provide users more options to the right side.

While the start screen tweaks are already good enough, insiders would still have to wait for its transparency to come out in on the succeeding builds. Microsoft already confirmed this,

To be Released

Head of the Windows Insider program Gabe Aul is still quiet on the release date of the Windows 10 Technical Preview screenshots. Although he mentioned in his previous statement that the next Win 10 TP release could arrive to the insiders any time this week. Many believe that it would have to be build 10022, or probably later.

During the previous week, Microsoft released a few of patches that would fix update bugs of the previous builds. This way, all PC users should install these fixes first in order to ensure that the latest Technical Preview build arrives on their computers as well.

The new Win TP builds would have to appear on Windows Update of all devices running Windows Technical Preview build 9926. Standalone installers in ISO format would be available as well for performing clean installs. With the leaked Windows 10 Technical Preview screenshots, insiders could pretty much have a glimpse of what to expect on the next Win TP release.
