The dotting mother of one twitted her outfit of choice to her 29.3 followers on Twitter saying, "I'm wearing a sexy black jumpsuit by British designer Julien Macdonald". Kim also shared selfies with her fans outside Dorchester Hotel in London. The self-confess selfie lover is one not to miss selfie opportunities with her fans.
Meanwhile, Kim's husband, Kanye West, was spotted causing a stir in the Brit Awards by jumping on a counter so fans can also have a selfie with him as reported by Yahoo. The couple was also reported to be working on baby number two. The Kardashian star revealed that they are having trouble falling pregnant again. Kim wanted to have a baby this year and wanted to have as many as six children.
