How to Get Away with Murder Season Finale had everyone's speculation sealed when a group of cutthroat lawyers solved the murder case of Lila Stangard, but the season ending instead opened to a more intricate Pandora's box.
As a brief run through, in the Season Finale aired last February 26 that had millions of viewers across the United States glued to the screen, all evidence points to Rebecca (Katie Findlay) as the culprit of Lila's murder. The team was so sure about her guilt that to prevent her from escaping they tied her up at the law office's basement while reconstructing the murder puzzle once. In that course it was shown in a flashback that Rebecca and Lila had a fight on the night of her murder. However, Rebecca is not going to the police or anywhere else for she was dead, stowed beneath the basement's stairs.
In an unanticipated twist, Sam (Tom Verica), Annalise's husband can be seen talking to mysterious person saying "You owe me," and in a little while, curtains dropped as Lila was seen strangled by Frank (Charlie Weber). Where will Professor Annalise Keating and her student detectives go from here?
Now that the actual killer is unmasked, it will not be long for Frank to be revealed to everyone. Yet, one of the questions raving the minds of How to Get Away with Murder fans right now is that "favour" Frank owes Sam that made it easy for him to command the crime.
How to Get Away with Murder Season 2 will point to a more sinister whoddunit mystery, this time centering on Sam. "That is a very big favor, and we would be mistaken not to answer that question for the audience," detailed the series' creator, Pete Nowalk in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
As to what is in store for How to Get Away with Murder Season 2, all eyes are at Viola Davis asking up to what extent she knows about the upcoming season. In a Hollywood Reporter Interview, Davis revealed that she knows absolutely nothing on what is to come.
