From its initial release in 2013 in PS Vita, Tearaway Unfolded to arrive this this summer, according to recent announcements. The game will be in PS4 platform featuring its simple gameplay with tons of exciting adventures.
IGN mentioned about the tweet posted by Kenneth Young, Head of Audio of Media Molecule, which stated about the teaser for the PS4 release of the game. He said, "I'll be working with my friends here [Media Molecule] until we ship Tearaway Unfolded this summer. Then I'm going to have a rest!" He was reported to leave the game dev after this game's release through his personal Twitter account.
The same source also cited that Tearaway Unfolded rooted from the 2013's Tearaway in PS Vita version, which was the original version of the said game. They also added features to a number of tweaks and enhancements rather than being a straight port. Such improved features were a higher resolution to the gameplay, better frame rate, plus a new control scheme.
According to the game's official website, Tearaway Unfolded is the expanded version of retelling the BAFTA awardee Tearaway released years ago.
Meanwhile, one site cited about the exciting features that will surely thirill players. It was mentioned that the game, apart from the high resolution of the game, the music and the gameplay will be one of the best Sony's handheld. In terms of the gameplay, based from the official trailers, Tearaway Unfolded involves two daring heroes bringing the message. Thus, the players should be able to surpass every journey alongside the challenges along the way for the character' success to send the message. Simple gameplay with tons of fun was promised. This excites players.
Unfortunately, Tearaway Unfolded has no exact date of release yet as of the moment. However, rumored to launch by summer this year.
