King of Jordan Calls Different Religions to Unite Against ISIS: Terrorism Threatens Twitter

By

King Abdullah II of Jordan said that what the ISIS group is doing is far from what really an Islamic faith is. The King of Jordan is advocating a battle against ISIS. But he doesn't mean a conventional bombing and hundreds of gunshots. He just wants a united front involving different religions.

This is quite far from the previous reports wherein the King of Jordan wanted to hit back ISIS using harsh forces. He said that the terrorist group is not just fighting Jordan, they are fighting the Islamic faith. This message from the King was made after the incident when one Jordanian pilot was burned alive. It was believed that the pilot was extremely drugged by the group so that he won't be able to feel the pain. The gruesome incident was even filmed and was circulated online.

Some people believe that the burning of Jordanian pilot was really part of ISIS' plan to rattle the country.

Meanwhile, the ISIS group supporters are taking the war even to the cyber world. One report shared that a Twitter user sent a message threatening the CEO of the social networking site. He called the jihadist around the world to target Twitter.

Some of the most famous social networking sites such as Facebook and Youtube are proactive in closing down accounts that are related to terrorist groups. Apparently, the ISIS group supporters aren't happy about that.

The ISIS' threats aren't just within the Middle East. The whole world is pretty much affected by the doings of the terrorists. It would take a careful and intelligent plan in order for anti-ISIS to defeat them. We must remember that they have connections all throughout the globe, some are masking themselves to know more about the counter-attack plans. If the King of Jordan is indeed serious with the union of different religions, can that defeat ISIS? Looking at how barbaric the group is, it will take more than that to end this so-called war.
