Their interest in helping new artist create a career and fulfill their dreams in the music industry is a redeeming quality of the young boy band.

Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran, another fast-rising British singer is also launching a new record label of his own. He is making a deal with Warner Music and will start to sign up singers and artists under his wings.

Ed explained, "The door has now been opened, I've set up the label and I'm going to start signing people. It'll be an imprint that goes through Warner. But I'll get the rights back in about ten years."

"I've got my first signing in mind. I'm looking at people like me, who came through the singer-songwriter scene," he continues.

Sheeran's record label has no name yet and he's going to concentrate on the project after he's through with this year's singing engagements and commitments. He recently won the prestigious Master Card British Album of the Year as well as the British Male Solo Artist in the recently concluded Brit Awards.
