The episode preview shows a sober Nikki in handcuffs. Online news gossip source, Celeb Dirty Laundry predicts that it is Paul that will turn her in to the police and reveals she was drunk at the time of the accident. Furthermore, in the same preview, Neil is eager to tell the truth about Christine's accident but Nikki prevents him from doing so. Nikki is stern that if they stick with their "accident" stories then both of them are safe.
Meanwhile, Christine gains consciousness and slowly recovers from the accident only to know that she lost her baby. The Young and the Restless fans are already aware of the deep skirmish between Nikki and Chris and more are expected after this unanticipated turn.
On the other hand, The Young and the Restless spoilers show that the blood on the towel found on Kyle's trunk is Austin's. As Summer and the rest prepares for Austin's memorial service, Kyle is revealed at the edge of his wits trying to cover up his part in the "murder".
