'Castle' Season 7 episode 17 will air on March 17 after it has taken a brief hiatus this week. Although fans have to wait a little while, they can expect (as always) an exciting episode where Beckett gets jealous with the girl from Hong Kong. It was also teased that this episode may bring Richard some bad luck.
It was spoiled that Castle and Beckett team up with a detective from Hong Kong to solve a case. The new girl is undoubtedly brave, beautiful and intelligent, as described by Beckett. For more trouble, the attractive detective is also highly skilled, making Beckett feel like she already has a match.
Buddy TV shared a slideshow of the photos of the fun competition at the shooting range that is going to happen in the episode. Based from it, both attractive detectives is pretty confident shooting their targets. However, the last photo revealed that the winner of the competition is no other than Inspector Zhang may have won. It seems that Beckett jealousy creeps out into the toughest layers of the detective skin so easily.
From ABC: "After a man is mysteriously murdered in a park, Castle and Beckett team up with a competitive, high-powered female detective from Hong Kong, who has information about the victim. But as Beckett digs deeper into the case, she realizes neither her Hong Kong colleague nor the victim may be quite who they seem."
Meanwhile, the new episode will bring in some bad luck for Richard Castle, as seen in the sneak peek.
When Beckett describes the Hong Kong lady as gorgeous, her husband agrees with her and jealously starts mounding on her face. So the detective may have to pay for his careless reply, it was reported.
However, executive producer David Amann revealed that the jealously might come as a boon for Richard, as his wife could think about taking the next step in their relationship.
"She's been driven for the better part of her adult life by the death of her mother, which is now resolved. Her relationship with Castle is settled, so she's at a place now where she really needs to be thinking about, 'What does she want that future to be?' It seems like children are going to naturally be a part of that discussion," he told TV Guide.
ABC will air 'Castle' season 7 episode 17 titled "Hong Kong Hustle" on Monday, 16 March, at 10pm.
