Superman may meet his demise in the upcoming film as Doomsday is introduced in "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice". According to a recent report, leaked photos from the set of the upcoming movie shows a monument to Kal-El, the Kryptonian name of Superman. While a monument can be interpreted as a celebration for Kal-El's actions in the "Man of Steel" it can also mean as an effigy which serves as his tombstone.
Doomsday is regarded as one of the most destructive opponent that Superman has ever faced. His sheer raw power is powerful enough to kill Superman in the comic book. Recent reports suggests that Doomsday will be crafted by Lex Luthor from the remains of General Zod and the relics left by the Kryptonian ship on earth when they attempt to conquer it in the "Man of Steel" movie.
This scenario has a great possibility since the Justice League Members are going to be introduced in the upcoming "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" trailer. Aquaman and Wonder Woman have already made their appearance and there are reports that The Flash and Cyborg are going to be introduced as well.

In related news, a recently leaked trailer surfaced online showing the rest of the Justice League Members. Batman is still shown in the new trailer reiterating his lines in the previously leaked Batman vs Superman trailer. The caped crusader asked if "Superman is here to save mankind or destroy it?" and while he said that he's going to find out, snippets of Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg is shown in the leaked trailer.
"Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" is going to be the biggest film from the DC Universe that will hit the silver screen on March 25, 2016. Fans are all pumped up as the potential plot for the upcoming film includes the ultimate clash of Batman and Superman, appearance of Doomsday and the formation of the Justice League.
