Internationally renowned singer Madonna had a bad fall during the Brit Awards 2015 last month. Madonna looked hurt after the incident but still continue to perform and managed to finish one song, "Living for Love." Apparently, the accident was believed to be linked with Illuminati spectacles as the "Queen of Pop" never acquired any serious injuries.
But the great singer, denied all the claims that it is done by an Illuminati figure and said, her constant practice made her docile when the fall take place. "If I wasn't in good shape -- tuck and roll," the singer said in an interview with the Associated Press. "I attribute a lot of the fact that I came out all right because I'm in good shape," she added.
During her performance, she was dragged down by her backup dancers after they stepped on Madonna's cape while following her. Madonna revealed that she's been doing a lot of exercises so that her body will be in shape for any situation that may occur. "I still do a lot of dance cardio. I started doing yoga again. I do interval training, metabolic interval training ... jumping ropes; something called body art," the singer stated.
Also, the "Like a Virgin" performer never do the same routines again to avoid boring situations most especially in music track selection. "It has to change. You get bored doing the same thing over and over again. From 120-128 beats per minute is a like good tempo for me," the ‘Queen of Pop' shared.
Recently, Madonna labeled Kanye West as her associate on her new album ‘Rebel Heart.' According to the famous international singer, "Kanye is the black Madonna. We know and recognize, that we have that in common. We're comrades in the envelope-pushing genre."
"I feel like a survivor making music for three decades. I see that many of my peers and friends and people I collaborated with are no longer with us," Madonna added.
