After several months of waiting, an exciting new season is about to unfold in your television screens as George R.R. Martins book adaptation of the "Game of Thrones: A Song of Fire and Ice" returns for its fifth season on HBO this April 12, 2015. The famous author even hinted a bloody warning for avid viewers of the series. A lot of people will die onscreen, even the people who didn't actually die in the book. And as a bonus, it was recently confirmed that Arya is indeed headed to Bravos and is about to be trained to become an assassin by no one else but her faceless friend, Jaqen H'gar.

As the series return this April, fans are again starting to get worried that the television series might actually catch up with the events in the book series. Book 6 and 7 of the A Song of Fire and Ice are still unavailable and George R.R. Martin might not live long enough to finish all of them. Rumors of a 2015 release of The Winds of Winter are up for grabs but according to Jane Johnson, Martin's UK publisher, the book is not included in their 2015 publication schedule. Book 7, A Dream of Spring remains to be a mystery and no official reports on its cancellation or release has been announced by Martin and his publication.

However, it has been clear since the second season of the series that David Benioff and Dan Weiss are already aware of the series' ending. The duo have always had a contingency plan should the seventh installment of the "A Song of Ice and Fire" failed to be ready for the final season of the television series. Martin had already informed the two on how the story would end so fans shouldn't be worried at any rate by now.

Spoilers Alert

There are several rumors and predictions running that are currently being debated over forums and online articles about the upcoming season and how the series would eventually end.

What will happen to Arya?

As discussed earlier, Arya is headed for Bravos, and is not bound to meet with half-brother John Son any time soon. She comes face to face with the man who gave him the Bravos coin, Jagen H'gar, an assassin that will train little Arya to become the warrior that she is bound to become.

Will Tyrion meet Daenerys?

Yes, Tyrion will eventually meet and play an important character in Daenerys' council. He'll even meet with Drogon, Daenerys biggest dragon and will remarkably manage to form a friendship with the feared beast.

Is John Snow a Targaryen and will he marry Daenerys?

Daenerys is busy with Daario in this season but in the very near future will eventually be sitting on the Iron Throne together with a fellow Targaryen, John Snow. But apparently, John Snow will die in the season at the hands of his own men and will be brought to life by the Red Priestess Melisandre. Daenerys and John Snow will meet after his "resurrection" and will later on rule over the seven seas.

What will happen to Bran?

Bran will become the most powerful Greenseer he was fated to be. He will have the power of sight and will eventually be able to turn into an animal, a raven and more and is poised for huge things in the final two installments of the book series.

Great things are bound to unravel as the "Game of Thrones" returns in HBO this April 12, 2015.
