Season 1 of How to Get Away with Murder ended with the death of Rebecca Sutter, the person everyone thinks perpetuated the murder of Lila.
The season finale episode shows the Keating Five relieved thinking that to apprehend Rebecca would give them a peace of mind; but things take the unexpected turn - Rebecca is killed and only Frank and Professor Annalise know about her death. It was also shown that Rebecca knows something is coming and before anything happened to her she managed to send a text message to an unknown person that says, "Eggs 911 lawyer's house."
Teaser promo aired during the season finale episode did not only confirm the second season but also promised a season full of "insanity". "We promised you a killer twist and you got it. We'll be back with a whole new season of insanity."
Casts of How to Get Away with Murder reveal to expect more thrills, conspiracies, twists and turns although they admit they are not aware what the new season brings. "..I know nothing about where we're going to go. That's the beauty of it. It is wide open. There are so many places we could go." mentions Charlie Webber who plays Farnk in the series.
What does "Eggs 911" mean? Does it point to a greater mastermind behind all of these? If yes, how will help reveal his or her identity? Fans are jittery and speculate that Annalise might play a major part not only in solving the crime but in perpetrating it herself. Others go as far saying that Professor Keating finds happiness in seeing her team unravel the mystery she created!
However, it seems viewers cannot squeeze much from the main How to Get Away with Murder protagonist, Viola Davis who plays Professor Keating. She confesses that since Rebecca maintained a very furtive relationship with Lila, nobody can tell what her "dying" message means. She further reveals that even if she has control over the script such as last-minute scenes and inserts; she also gets as naive as the audiences that guess what will happen next.
Her hints did not pacify How to Get Away with Murder fans at all. Now, viewers are more edgy than ever over Season 2 as more questions are ominous in this hit whodunit mystery.
