General Hospital is far from being just another hospital, if all the murder plotting, kidnappings and brewing mob wars are any indication! This kind of mayhem, however, is exactly what audiences can expect as the week’s drama winds up.
Spoilers have it that Julian Jerome (William DeVry) will be busy preparing for an all-out mob war with Sonny (Maurice Benard) and his “family.” He is still recovering from recent losses in manpower, though, and so he may need a lot of help before actually putting his schemes in motion. This gives Jake his much-needed opening to infiltrate the Jerome family, and fulfill his deal with Commissioner Sloan (Grayson McCouch). It’s anybody’s guess how Julian may make use of Jake, but it is entirely possible that he could send him to take out Sonny or Duke. What is known at this point is that Julian will definitely make a move against one of his enemies soon.
However, Sonny and Carly have already gotten wind of Jake’s secret alliance with authorities. Can this lead to the unmasking of Jake as a government informant? It is just as likely that they will simply sit back and allow Jake to collapse Julian’s organization from within. This will certainly put a feather in the cap of Agent Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who has been looking for the right time and opportunity to take down organized crime in Port Charles.
Meantime, expect Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) to be vehemently against Michael’s (Chad Duell) offer to hire Sabrina Santiago as Baby Avery’s nanny. Kiki knows all too well that it was Sabrina who tampered with Ava’s labor prevention medication which in turn, sent her on labor ahead of schedule. That was just the opening that Nina (Michelle Stafford) needed to snatch newly-born Avery in the first place! Still, will Michael heed Kiki’s warning knowing that she had earlier aligned herself with the enemy?
