CSI's last season ended on February. For fifteen years, we have been watching each of their episodes. However, until now, we are still to find out if there is going to be a renewed season of this crime and investigation TV series. I know that you are anxious to learn more. We all feel the same. According to one source, CSI's creator, Anthony Zuiker would still want to pursue the show. He believes that there is more to come and that the story and cast are still strong. Some of the show's fans might think the same. However, this isn't reflected in the latest ratings that the show was able to provide. Quite frankly, it is far from impressive and the network would be gambling if they give it another shot.
Apart from that, one of show's lead characters has already left CSI. We understand that cast come and go most especially if the show has been running for years. However, if the lead goes out, it would be a challenge to pick the story. Where would they start?
If the show won't make it to the final cut, what are the fans going to do? Is there going to be a petition for CSI to come back? Or will they just have to watch the past episodes, savoring the days when the show was still hot! There is still no final decision if CSI will be renewed for season 16. Let's just hope the team will be able to pitch a kickass and more action-packed story to change the minds of the network. That's their only shot for now.
