Avid fans and viewers of the TV series, "Outlander" got the chance to have their tweets personally read by Sam Heughan and Caitrione Balfe in a funny clip.
Caitrione Balfe read the first half of the tweets aimed towards Sam Heughan's character, Jamie Fraser.
Balfe read @librarychickD's tweet: 'I think my ovaries just exploded, thanks Jamie Fraser #Outlander."
Fraser reacted, "Wow. Ovary explosions everywhere. Wow." Fraser and Heughan then take turns into reading some of the "Outlander" fans' interesting tweets.
Another fan tweeted: "I'm simultaneously ridden with guilt and shame whenever I catch myself, once again, trying to see up Jamie's kilt. Then I giggle. #Outlander."
Heughan wittily reacted, "He's my husband! Stop trying to look up his kilt!"
While fans are anticipating for the second half of "Outlander" Season One, Balfe admitted in an interview with The Guardian that their show has a lot to thank "Game of Thrones" for.
"I think Game of Thrones certainly helped open the door for us but our worlds are really very different," said Balfe.
She also cited that while most people think that "Outlander" and "Game of Thrones" are similar, she said that the latter is set more on a "fantasy world" while theirs is more on a historical setting.
In an interview with Elle magazine, Balfe admitted that the show has quite a huge following and she is very thankful to have these fans to support her in her cause for the World Child Cancer.
She also said that her character, Claire, reflects the challenges that women face nowadays such as juggling between working full time at the office and being a loving mother and doting wife.
She hinted that fans have look forward to the scenes wherein her character struggles to choose between going back home or staying with Jamie. She also hinted a wedding will take part early in the series.
