Mass Effect 4 once again has taken the social media abuzz when its senior development director Chris Wynn posted over Twitter that the long-awaited shooter videogame will be out by spring or fall of 2016 with a promised great combat, biotic, weapons and a powerful hardware.
Wynn's Twitter post reads: "Combat is looking pretty great in the latest builds. Biotics plus weapons plus powerful hardware is amazing."
The development on combat was teased to be a whole new one for a new hardware. Combat has been Mass Effect's weaker point since the beginning.
Also, Mass Effect producer Michael Gramble recently divulged on the same social media site that the team has finished a milestone supply for the game which will help them do alterations and perfect gameplay mechanism.
Gramble's tweet reads: "Oh, what's that? The Mass Effect team is finishing another milestone soon? It's almost like we are building a real game or something."
Last month, senior producer Jonathan Warner said in his tweet: "An amazing day at Bioware! Our new world is taking shape right before my eyes and it is stunning." His post are affixed with hashtags #MindBlown and #Secret.
While ditching Commander Shepard, a brand new protagonist will take the Mass Effect 4 banner. A standalone storyline also will be new as reported in the past months. For save transfers, BioWare has already announced that they will be bringing saved games from Mass Effect 3 to the new installment to continue enjoying the Mass Effect experience.
A new region of space and the comeback of M35 Mako infantry fighting vehicle have already been announced.
Multiplayer component will allow players to mingle with different creatures as there will be other humanoid and alien races to converse with of exciting personalities. Meanwhile, a brief game demo is also expected at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) come June 2015.
In an effort to involve fans in the development of the game, Mass Effect's creative director Mac Walters solicited from fans via twitter what they would want to see in the upcoming game. Creativity of fans went wild as some want more outfit and hair styles, harder Nightmare, side missions, multicultural universe, and a ton of suggestions.
Although it remains unannounced, Mass Effect 4 will most likely hit Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
