The Walking Dead Season 6: The Next Term Of The Zombie Drama In The Works, The Scavengers Set The Stage For The Epic Battle, The Show To Run Until 2022?

Rick Grimes and co. has always been in a rotten world in The Walking Dead, the AMC zombie drama has taken television by storm even as it puts its characters from one miserable situation to the next. According to the comic books written by Robert Kirkman, who is also the series' executive producer, The Walking Dead gathered more than 20 million viewers watching since the first season, it has been the ambition of AMC to keep the show running by 2022.

This can be true, thinking the level of faith that the network has in its post-apocalyptic lurid world. In the past years new seasons have been in the works even the current season is not yet done, and now AMC renews a step forward in making The Walking Dead's 6th season.

Charlie Collier, AMC's President announced, "There will be more Dead ahead," as the series is an extraordinary show.

During the season 5 finale, the fight between Peter and Rick happens just before The Scavengers come in the comic book version. Aaron and Daryl are possibly taken on the roles of Glenn and Heath, who showed The Scavengers on a supply run. The Scavengers go after the sounds of Heath and Glenn's motorcycles back to the Safe-Zones. It's also significant to point out that The Scavenger's leader named Derek mocks Rick saying the phrase, "Little pig, little pig...let me in."

The Scavengers comes in the end of the season, setting the stage for Season 6 epic battle. Although, it is possible the show could throw the fans a loop.
