Days of Our Lives also welcomes back Alison Sweeney as Sami Brady who left the soap back in 2014 to pursue her dreams in Hollywood and to heal the wounds left by the death of her husband, EJ DiMera. Gossips about her return are still unclear whether she is only visiting Salem in time for the Days of Our Lives' 50th anniversary or if she stays at the show for good. Inquisitor reports that the decision to bring her back to the show despite her busy schedule as The Biggest Loser host could be due to the speculations about her Best Actress Emmy streak. Nonetheless, being a favourite Days of Our Lives character is it not farfetched to have him back the show as fans hoped for.
