2K has released the latest NBA roster, accessories, team color updates including the newest shooting system patch available to offer stream of fresh changes for its simulated professional basketball game for this week.
These fresh changes relates to the game line-ups, their accessories and changes in team colours. The accessory update released brings modifications to the shoes of many players as well as remove the rubber-bands or added knee pads for others.
On the other hand, the team colour changes include Celtics St Patrick's Day jersey arm sleeves black, Lakers away-jersey arm sleeves purple, Cavs alternate jersey and a lot more.

Meanwhile, the notes for the changes made in the Patch 4 remains on hold since it is still unavailable on Xbox One. The Patch 4 was made available March 13 on PS4 and PC.
However, Mike Wang, gameplay director at 2K has confirmed some of the changes that have been made to the NBA 2K15's shooting system.
Wang has revealed sorts of improvements they have been working on NBA 2K15 basketball sim at Operation Sports forums as saying:
"I tuned the baseline [shooting] values that are shared by both human and CPU-controlled players."
"I also fixed the "glitched" shots being unable to get perfect release, so that will factor in as well."
NBA 2K15 Patch 4 will be basically to remedy the shoe glitch that many players wanted to get fixed by the game developer and it will also tweak "rare occurrences that led to NBA 2K15 MyPARK rep being stuck."
