A trailer for Halo 5: Guardians has already been revealed which then showed the official release date of October 27 at the nearing end of the video. Simultaneously, 343 Industries released a second trailer in contrast to the first one which was previously leaked and left avid gamers wonder on who really is the "Hunter" and who is the "Hunted".
According to a site, the previously leaked commercial revealed Agent Locke walking through a devastated city while approaching a wounded Master Chief showing a huge hole in the upper left shoulder of his armor. The situation angered Locke which resulted to him drawing a pistol to the Chief.
However, a second trailer of Halo 5: Guardians was aired an hour later, the same site revealed. In contrast to the first trailer, the second one is showing Master Chief approaching a wounded Agent Locke asking the latter if "it was all worth it". And it ended with Master Chief drawing a pistol to Locke.
Apparently, the two versions of the trailer left fans in question on which storyline is the truth and what not. Thus explains the question of "Who's the hunter and who's the Hunted" which was mentioned by Microsoft in a press release.
Moreover, this is quite an effective teaser for avid gamers. Obviously, it draws more eager fans awaiting its debut on October. Microsoft additionally said in a statement that "We want to amaze players with the sheer size of the worlds and battles they'll experience, even as they question everything they thought they knew about its heroes, marvels and mysteries.
Furthermore, Halo 5: Guardians entails surprising revelations for any gamer who is looking forward for its debut on October 27 this year. For the meantime, gamers can only speculate the truth about these two versions until the day of its release.
