If "Deadpool" star Ryan Reynolds would have his way, he wants the movie to have an R rating. When Reynolds posted a new picture on his Twitter showing off his "guns" for the role, fans can't help but question if Wade Wilson's teenaged followers can watch the film. Reynolds responded in his "fighting" form: "Is it going to be rated R or PG-13? I want#Deadpool to be R. Always have. Fighting the good fight still. Lotta yelling today."

There have been a lot of speculation as to what would be the appropriate rating for "Deadpool". A lot of fans feel that a "Deadpool" movie will not be as "grim and gritty" if it will not be given an R rating. The "Deadpool" character which was first introduced in the early 1990s specialized in brutal violence which would definitely demand an R rating. However, the modern day character of Deadpool has a comedic tone which fits the standard PG-13 superheroes.

In Marvel Comics, Deadpool a.k.a. Wade Wilson is the most unconventional anti-hero. The Deadpool comic book tells the origin of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson who was subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers and othr abilities. Wade Wilson adopted the alter ego Deadpool to hunt down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Meanwhile, actress Brianna Hildebrand was casted as the mutant Negasonic Teenage Warhead for the film. Negasonic Teenage Warhead character is created by Grant Morrison and has telepathic abilities. She was first introduced in 2001 in New X-Men #115.

The Hollywood Reporter said that newcomer Brianna Hilderbrand is already undergoing physical and stunt training for her part. "Deadpool" is Hildebrand's first major movie. She had a role in "Annie Undocumented", a web series that won best web series at the 2014 New York TV Festival.

Although there are few information as to how would Negasonic play into "Deadpool", there are rumors that she might be one of the "patients" who is trapped with Deadpool in the same facility where he is experimented on and gains healing powers.

"Deadpool" movie will have Ryan Reynolds in the title role along with Ed Skrein, TJ Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, and Morena Baccarin as Copycat.

The movie is currently in production in Vancouver with Tim Miller in the director's chair while "Zombieland" writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick wrote the script. Deadpool is currently scheduled for a release on February 12, 2016.
