Pokemon Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire Update: Rayquaza crossover, Shiny Charizard Event this April in France detailed

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has lots of surprises and fun-filled events for its loyal players this month.

Players from any region who participated in the Enter the Dragon Type Battle Competition two weeks ago may now redeem the entry gift for the event, which is a Level 10 Amaura. A serial code (only valid until 31-May-2015) can be redeemed in the Mystery Gift on ether Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire, and in turn the code will be used on a special page.

Amaura has the Hidden Ability called Snow Warning, which will blow a hailstorm as this Rock/Ice-type Pokemon enters the battle. Growl, Magnet Rise, Powder Snow, Rock Throw and Thunder Wave are some of its moves.

Another event in Pokemon Shuffle gives players a chance to get the Pokemon Rayquaza, a Dragon-type Pokemon with a base power of 70 and a capture rate of 7%. The event runs from 30-March to 13-April-2015 until 06:00 UTC, and will be playable after updating to the new Version 1.1.7 patch. A first time completion will give the player a Jewel. Rayquaza will make a crossover to Pokemon Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire once this event is over.

Also, Serebii reported yet one more event. A future event for Pokemon Omega and Alpha Sapphire involves a shiny Charizard event starting in April 13 in France.
