Yesterday, April 2, Quantum Break was confirmed to arrive next year, as per game developer's newest announcement made through their official site. With its release, a lot of highly-anticipated features were included in the gameplay.
Remedy Entertainment confirmed that the upcoming game will be launched as Xbox One exclusive in 2016. Through their official blog site, they revealed that the game will come with a "monster new IP."
Shannon Loftis, Head of Publishing at Microsoft Studios, said that among the listed games in Xbox One, Quantum Break has outstand through its incredible portfolio showed.
"We're really proud to be part of the incredible Xbox One line-up," Sam Lake, Creative Director at Remedy, cited. He also added his appreciation as well as gratitude for the patience of the fans since it was first announced until its confirmed release.
With that, he revealed that their wait will be guaranteed through a well-polished and tuned game to offer for their avid gamers, by saying,
"We thank our fans for their patience, and want them to know that the team is taking advantage of this opportunity to polish and fine tune the game to create the kind of standout entertainment experience they've come to expect from us," Lake said.
Relative to what Lake said about the strong Xbox One line-ups that Microsoft have, these titles include Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider [timed exclusive], Fable Legends, and Forza Motorsport 6.
With the gameplay, the whole storyline revolves around the man who can manipulate time distortions mysteriously resulting to world chaos. In addition, these chaotic scenarios compose of slow-motion gunfights, and other temporal trickery, alongside live-action counterpart series. The series was said to have some explorations about the inner workings linked to an evil corporation - wanted to hunt the man down.
However, the video trailer released previously was just an 8-minute video play, but contained the details which the players considered the most important [to see] at least before the game to finally arrive.
As declared by Remedy Entertainment, slated as Xbox One exclusive, Quantum Break finally arrives in 2016.
