With Avengers: Age of Ultron just barely two weeks before it finally hits Los Angeles for its World Premiere, Marvel Studios are leaving no stone unturned for the viewing public. The much awaited follow-up to 2012's The Avengers, the epic superhero film has released crucial details regarding the team's revamped costumes, weapons etc. and other marketing tie-ins.
When Ultron jump ships, the self-awared android becomes an adversary that immediately spells trouble for the Avengers. However, his creator Tony Stark still managed to make up new aces in his armored sleeve. The industrialist/playboy/engineer ingeniously upgrades the offense and defense for most members of the superhero team. Hawkeye now sports a new garb to matched his upgraded set of bow, quivers and trick shot arrows. The Hulk comes with his stretch pants. Captain America's has been given the ability to call back his shield via a magnetic clip that is attached to his gaunlet.
The Russian trained spy Black Widow now brandishes electric batons. Tony himself didn't want to be left out as his impressive Hulkbuster will also grace the big screen. This predesigned heavy duty armor built specifically to take down a rampaging Hulk, has also its own feature recently in Hot Toys' Avengers: Age of Ultron exhibition.
Furthermore, the renovated Stark Tower now serves as their main headquarters, which also has its own medical facility. The said set is considered to be the largest ever built for a Marvel film. This said edifice will also house the team's Quinjit, which now has a more militaristic design.
German luxury car maker Audi, also has their tie-in with Marvel Studios for a promotional video with Avengers. The iconic video footage can be followed here. Avengers: Age of Ultron is scheduled to make its world premiere in Los Angeles on April 13, 2015, and will be released on May 1, 2015, in North America, in 3D and IMAX 3D.
