The Galaxy Note 5 is said to use a new type of memory chip, called as EPOP. It will also feature a dual-curve promising to stand out from the rest of the competition. In terms of its release date, the Korean publication Daum reprtedly said that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 could be released in August, which is earlier than its predecessor.

Samsung released its Galaxy Note 4 in October, after the company introduced the device in September. Daum earlier claimed that Samsung would release the S6 in March. However, Samsung reportedly announced that the release of the S6 is on April 10 in the US as well as other regions in the world. It is possible that a release date will change, and there is also a probability that the Galaxy Note 5 could come out earlier as expected. If taking Daum's report into consideration, there is a chance too that its release will fall in August.

Further, the report noted that the Korean tech giant was at least considering having the Galaxy S6 Edge's dual-edge display technology to be included in the Galaxy Note series.

It was tipped previously that a 6 inch 4K AMOLED display with 700+ ppi is being prepared by Samsung for August this year, which is in time for the Galaxy Note 5. This could be possible that the display will built in the Galaxy Note 5, according to reports by Phone Arena.com.

This was then confirmed by ValueWalk that Samsung is planning to make the Galaxy Note 5 released with a 4K resolution device. The company is also expected to move for curved screen mobile devices by releasing the Galaxy Note 5 that will reportedly feature a dual-curve.

Reports by Ecumenical News said that the Galaxy Note 5 will use a new type of memory chip called as EPOP. It will reportedly combine a 3 GB LPDDR3 RAM with a 32 GB of internal memory. This will allow a quicker multitasking. Other reports suggest that the Galaxy Note 5 could be built with a strong capacity, as little as 16G, or internal storage of as high as 126 GB, and a 4 GB RAM.

The price of the Galaxy Note 5 is rumored to be more or less $760.
