Action superstar Sylvester Stallone has offered Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather a very interesting deal...and it has everything to do with "The Expendables 4" movie.
According to an interview with TMZ, Stallone wants Pacquiao and Mayweather to join the fourth installment of the mega action movie "The Expendables." It was previously reported that eight-division world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao had accepted the role of a villain which was offered to him by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. The two action superstars went to Macau to visit Pac-Man while he was preparing for his fight with Chris Algieri and invited him to be part of the upcoming action flick.
In an interview with Stallone, TMZ pushed the possibility of giving the role to the winner of Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather fight on May 2. However, Stallone had a better idea. Why not offer both champion boxers to be in the "The Expendables 4" film?
But, there's a catch: "Here's the deal. I'll take their salary and they can have the whole thing."
In addition to Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, the 61-year old Stallone is also considering Asian martial arts superstar Jackie Chan, former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan, and WWE wrestling legend Hulk Hogan to join the "The Expendables" franchise.
Although no confirmation have been heard from Pacquiao, Mayweather, Jackie Chan, Pierce Brosnan, or Hulk Hogan, fans are already saying that "Expendables 4" will be the biggest earner in the film franchise.
"The Expendables" franchise has already pulled in around $800 MILLION on worldwide box office sales. In 2010, "The Expendables" made $274.5 million in the global box-office from a production budget of $80 million. In 2012, "The Expendables 2," raked in $311.9 million from a production cost of $100 million. "The Expendables 3" was the least successful with a worldwide box-office haul of $206.2 million from a production budget of $90 million.
Filming for "Expendables 4" is still set to start late in May in Bulgaria.
