Blizzard has recently released another addition to its unique and highly playable, Warcraft card game spin-off, Hearthstone. Blackrock Mountain has a card pack, which have all been released, though Blizzard's upcoming Hearthstone expansion will add a full, 31-card pack to the collection.
This Blizzard developed this collectible card game based on Warcraft in 2014 and it quickly gained popularity. However, the news that is circulating currently is its apparent planned release on mobile phones. This will increase its popularity as more people are glued to their phones compared to people using computers extensively.
The mobile phone port rumor came about when a team from "Hearthead" successfully pried open the game files of Hearthstone for tablets and about curious scripts and texture images that are designed for mobile phones. However, with the upcoming universal update, many are hoping that the update will finally turn this Hearthstone for iPhone/android mobile phone rumor into reality.
Though this is not that controversial, but it is surprising that Blizzard kept it a secret up until now. Unless it is a strong, marketing strategy or just a fail in publicity no one can tell, but once it reaches the mobile phone crowd, it may become an instant success.
