Jennifer Love Hewitt, the lead actress in the hit TV Series Criminal Minds graciously dazzles the public by looking and feeling great with her second pregnancy. She reveals that it's the best period of her life wherein she does not need to worry about how her body looks along with being mindful about what to eat.
Hewitt, along with husband Brian Hallisay, are expecting to have another member of their family this year. Hewitt currently delivered Autumn, her 16-month old baby girl, and was completely enthusiastic about having her second pregnancy on the wait.
Hewitt reveals in an interview that she has been in the movie industry for over 25 years. Being such, she expresses her turmoil at having to control what she eats and starve herself just to conform to the necessities of being a Hollywood star. This included having a perfectly fit body and to defer eating food that would make her gain excess weight.
Despite the many pressures of Hollywood, Jennifer Love Hewitt states that pregnancy has been the most rewarding experience that she has ever had while being an actress. Additionally, she tells that she feels like she does not have to hold back on what to eat or to keep her body physique close to perfect in order to land jobs in the industry.
While being pregnant with Autumn, Hewitt admits that she had fun and enjoyed being pregnant the first time; eating what she wanted and sleeping as early as she can. Even her husband, Hallisay admitted that he feels like he's married to Betty White. Furthermore, amidst the fact that Hewitt ate whatever she wanted during the pregnancy, she reveals that for the second baby, she would eat more healthy food as eating in excess would not help the child to gain proper nutrition as needed.
