Good news for Stephen King fans. One of the author's best-selling series, The Dark Tower, is being eyed by Sony to turn into a movie franchise. This was confirmed when Sony recently announced that they are teaming up with Media Rights Capital (MRC) to make this film a reality. This is an effort on the film studio's part to compete with the likes of Disney and Paramount when it comes to movie franchises and series. Needless to say, this is big news for the series' fans.
