For the longest time, the Winchester brothers have been looking for the cure for the Mark of Cain that has plagued Dean. While the search has been successful, an unexpected turn of events unwinds for them to lose it then again.

During the 18th episode of Supernatural season 10, Charlie was able to locate the Book of the Damned to stop the Mark of Cain from taking its toll on Dean. Unfortunately, Jacob Styne comes in the way and claims that the book is his family's property, and subsequently shoots Charlie. This brings Sam and Dean back to square one in looking for the cure they need.

Quoting Jared Padalecki who plays Sam, he says "Sam does have a lot of darkness in him, so does Dean. I think it is one of the themes that, as long as Supernatural is alive, that theme is going to be around." This certainly gives viewers something to hold on to for how the upcoming finale will unravel.

Supernatural fans should brace themselves for the mix of uplifting and terrifying events that are headed their way.

A lot to think about is still in play after these Supernatural season 10 spoilers. How will the season end? Will Dean find the remedy he needs in time? There is only one way to find out, so stay tuned for more updates before the finale arrives.
