WWE 2K16 Release Confirmed: Roster rumors caused by fake photoshop; NXT Wrestler Sasha Banks really joining?

By

Now that the WWE 2K16 release is confirmed, roster rumors spread around quite easily. Anyone can be a part of it, especially since the video game aims to feature the largest lineup in history. The problem is that the game itself can inadvertently be mixed up with the actual wrestling match seen on TV.

Rather than spreading WWE 2K16 rumors, the case may simply be that of confusion. So an important matter to clear up is, who will really be in, and who was just included from unreliable word of mouth?

The first one to finally be revealed is Sasha Banks. During the various WWE events, players were being scanned to include in the WWE 2K16 roster. It turns out that Sasha Banks was one of them. So far, this update has not yet been disputed.

While the announcement of the actual list is set, as with the usual trend, on the SummerSlam weekend in August, Banks, apparently, wants to please her fans by giving the news in advance. Her division also comes with other stunning superstars such as Becky Lynch, Charlotte, and Bayley. Would it be presumptive to think they will be included in the WWE 2K16 roster as well?

On the other hand, the presence of Rosa Mendes of Total Diva TV has been verified to be a hoax. This uproar was put to rest by WWE 2K16 community manager, Marcus Stephenson saying that there was no tweet in the first place, and that a fake photoshop leak started the entire thing.

Another clue wrestling fanatics might look into would be Brock Lesnar's inclusion since his contract with WWE is set to expire this April, unless it would be renewed.

While the WWE 2K16 release confirmed, roster rumors remain as hearsays until there would be an official announcement. Eager gamers should keep themselves posted on how this video game will come to be with more updates soon.
