In a report, it said that a synopsis was released about the new episode entitled "The Pit", which read "Romero is going to confront Norma about new information that has recently come to light. At the same time, Emma is going to make a decision about her future with Norman, who is left reeling from a discovery". Moreover, it says father and son Caleb and Dylan bonds together as they accept a risky job.

It can be remembered in Episode 7 with The Last Supper as its title, that Caleb's neighbour offered him something to do in exchange of $25,000. Caleb turned this down after changing his mind. Dylan asks about it but the neighbour won't detail about it except the fact that it is dangerous. Although Caleb does not approve of it, Dylan wants to pursue the job because the money he will get will be for Emma.
Emma needs a lung transplant or else she will die. As to what the job will be, this is something that viewers should find out. Another thing to watch out for is that will Dylan, who recently has gotten close to Emma, still be in the picture now that Emma has planned something for their future? The last 4 episodes of Bates Motel Season 3, which starts from Episode 7, will be dramatic according to the report . In the latest episode, news about Norma's health was known by Dylan. Moreover, Norman became more psychotic when Norma left in the sixth episode. He was seen wearing his mother's robe while cooking and acting as if he were Norma. At the later part of Episode 7, he is seen choking someone on the stairs saying "How dare you come into my house saying such an ugly thing?". This and other developments should be watched out for.
