After having been under a medically-induced coma since January 31, Bobbi Kristina Brown, famous singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter, was announced to have woken up. Furthermore, a Facebook post from Bobby's sister affirmed the said development as well as Bobby's statement during a concert. However, despite their public announcements, the Houstons declare that Bobbi is still under the medically-induced coma and has remained unconscious since she was admitted in the hospital.
Since January 31 of this year, Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious on her bathtub and allegedly drowned. She was then rushed to the hospital and was under a medically-induced coma since then. Currently, she is admitted at the DeKalb Rehab Facility and has been dependent on life support. Furthermore, only a ventilator was keeping Bobbi alive and even medical experts concluded that Bobbi has a slim chance of recovering from her state.
However, last Monday, Bobby Brown,Bobbi's father, mentioned during his concert in Grand Prairie, Texas that Bobbi is finally awake from her coma and his watching him now. Consequently, Bobby's sister also announced on Facebook that her niece is, in fact, awake and is recovering from her health condition.
Despite the good news, the Houston family also issued a public statement that Bobby and his sister's allegations were erroneous and that Bobbi was still under a medically-induced coma. Furthermore, they also indicated that apart from blinking, Bobbi has been under the same state that she has been for the past three months.
With various versions indicating Bobbi's present condition, Bobby Brown and his wife subsequently issued a public statement saying that Bobbi is in fact responding to her treatments but will take longer for her to get back to normal.
Who do you think among Bobbi Kristina Brown's family is telling the truth? Are the public announcements by Bobby Brown and his sister verified? Is the Houston family correct that indeed, Bobbi is still under a medically-induced coma and is still dependent on life support? Post your comments below.
