Tekken 7's new playable character, Shaheen, already showed off his skills to the players. From the advent of his first appearance in the gameplay, he immediately received positive feedbacks from the players, who first tried his skills in the game. This player uses "Military Self-Defense" fighting style.
According to some sources online, they mentioned that there were a lot of Tekken players who were really curious to how would this Arabian character does his distinctive fighting style in the game. However, when they have already tried it, they were directly amazed to how skilful he is in the entire duration of the game.
They [gamers] said that though they were reluctant to use him as one of their playable characters, yet, they were not frustrated at the end of the game when they used him as their character. As noticed from the video released by the game developer, Shaheen's skilful and amusing moves were highly observed. They described him as a playable in capable to "tide you over" all throughout the game.
On the other side, Josie Rizal, the most controversial and the most sought characters in the game roster, seemed to have a lot of fun time in her practice mode. Although the video showed in YouTube seemed to be in the Japanese language, yet, it is clear that she skilfully uses her powerful punches especially after she says, "Get ready to fly!" in the first part.
She combines powerful kicks and punches altogether making the opponent finds hard to predict her next move. Albeit not using any weapon during the fight, she is still able to manage to end the fight with a bang.
It seemed that Bandai Namco has not considered the legislative reactions of the Philippine government particularly to the country's cultural body to Josie Rizal's identity. They reasoned out that the character should be fit for the Filipino-ness through showing the authenticity. Josie Rizal should have at least either eskrima or any arnis sticks possessed to verify her as Philippines' representative to the game.
But the video showing Josie without weapons seemed to oppose the comments from the NCCA cultural body [of the Philippines]. From the uploaded practice mode video showed by one of the YouTubers, there are no weapons brought by the character.
Meanwhile, Tekken 7 was rumored to release in July 25. This was based from the speculations from the fans' clue to Bandai Namco's San Diego Comic release. Though the game is expected to be this year, but there are no affirmations from the game developers about the said issue as of the moment. Therefore, this claim remains a hoax. Not unless any of the spokespersons from Bandai Namco will confirm Tekken 7 PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One arcade game release.
