Winter and co-star Keanu Reeves will return for the follow-up for Bill and Ted 3, which has already been 23 years in the making after 1991's Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.
Keanu Reeves coming back to do a third movie with Alex Winter (who plays Bill S. Preston Esq.) would be much desired for many fans of the comedy franchise. The second movie came out in 1991 but that hasn't stopped other movie franchises from producing new installments in recent years.
Indiana Jones returned for a fourth motion picture in 2008, an entire 19 years after the third film. Essentially, Dumb and Dumber To turned out a year ago, 20 years after the first film.
It stays to be checked whether there would be a sufficiently enormous business sector for Bill and Ted 3, yet diehard fans will happily pay to see a greater amount of Reeves and Winter.
Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter have authoritatively affirmed that a third "Bill & Ted" film is in the early arranging stages. The starting yet-untitled story will be set approximately two decades after 1989's "Brilliant Adventure" and its 1991 continuation, "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey." Winter uncovered that "Bill & Ted will be 40-something and its about Bill and Ted adult, or not adult,"
According to Reeves, "It's not going to feel like a reboot," Winter added. "It's answering the question 'What happened to these guys?' They're supposed to have done all this stuff. They weren't the brightest bulbs on the tree. What happened 20 years later? To answer that question in a comedic way felt rich with possibility."
They have even planned exploring outrageous plots for the next sequels as setting it on diffrent situations like in a monastery, in North Pole, this they spilled out with a smirk.
One major draw for the motion picture is having the first writers/makers back, Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon. Their voice, their sensibility is so off the divider and fun. There's a tale about Solomon getting terminated and rehired various times by Walter F. Parkes amid Men in Black in light of the fact that his sensibility was so peculiar, however that made that film click. Is that crackpot sensibility part of what's holding a Bill & Ted 3 back?
